WARRANTY POLICY
1. Warranty Coverage: For every paddle that says “LIFETIME WARRANTY” in the description you will have a lifetime warranty.
The KL 800 Beginner Paddle, KL 800 Pro Paddle, and KL 800 Elite Paddle are covered by a Lifetime Warranty for the original owner against any manufacturer defects. If a replacement is needed, the customer has the option to either receive a replacement of the same model or take advantage of our Tiered Upgrade Program, outlined below:
0-3 months from purchase: Upgrade to any new model for a $100 fee.
Over 3 months from purchase: Upgrade to any new model for a flat $150 fee.
All other paddles come with a 6-month Warranty to ensure optimal performance and quality. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. Replacement under warranty is limited to the same model, if available.
Please note: Upgrades are only available to customers who have previously purchased a paddle directly from Volk.
For any warranty or upgrade inquiries, please reach out to our team for assistance.
2. Registration and Eligibility: To be eligible for the warranty, you must register your purchase. The warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser.
3. Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims. We accept original purchase receipts or credit card statements.
4. Factory Defects: Any factory defects must be reported with photographic evidence before the paddle is used. Please contact our Customer Service Department at komo@volkpickleball.com.
5. Volk's Evaluation: Volk reserves the right to assess whether the warranty covers a paddle and whether a replacement is appropriate.
6. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims:
Within the Warranty Period: Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning a paddle to VOLK for warranty evaluation on items valued at $100 or more. If the claim is approved, VOLK will cover the shipping costs to send a replacement or repaired paddle back to you.
How to Proceed: Before shipping, please contact our customer service team to initiate your warranty claim, verify your paddle’s eligibility, and receive return instructions.
7. Non-Applicability: The warranty does not apply to replacement paddles.
8. Authorized Retailers: If purchased from an authorized retailer, please follow their warranty policy before contacting Volk's customer service.
9. Limitation of Liability: Volk's liability for the warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. Volk is not responsible for any consequential or incidental costs, expenses, or damages that may arise as a result of the product's malfunction or failure incurred by the customers.
What is NOT Covered:
Our return and warranty policy does not cover the following situations:
1. Normal wear and tear, damage due to improper usage, negligence, acts of nature, or accidents, including failure to follow product instructions.
2. Fading of graphics on the paddles over time, as this is a natural occurrence with certain products.
3. Use of the product in commercial applications or rentals, as our warranty is intended for personal use only.
4. Modification or repair of the product by unauthorized personnel, as this will void the warranty.
5. Purchases made from non-authorized Volk dealers or purchasing the product in used condition, as our warranty is applicable only to products purchased directly from us or authorized retailers.
6. Claims from individuals who are not the original purchasers of the product.
(*If you encounter any of the above situations, please still contact us at komo@volkpickleball.com, and we will do our best to assist you.)
